Steps

  • 1. Prepare the Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients and prepare them for cooking. Dice the onions, mince the garlic, and chop the bell pepper into small pieces. Measure out the spices and set aside.

  • 2. Brown the Meat

    Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat from the pot.

  • 3. Sauté the Vegetables
